All pieces are ready made and carefully prepared for dispatch. Orders are typically posted within 1–2 working days.
Standard delivery is via Royal Mail 48. Please allow 2–3 working days for delivery.
If you require an item urgently, please get in touch before ordering and I will always help where possible.
Northern Ireland Update
It is with regret that we are currently unable to process orders from Northern Ireland due to post-Brexit trading regulations.
Any orders placed with a Northern Ireland delivery address will need to be cancelled and refunded.
We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
Returns
If you need to return an item, please contact us at info@pommedorgiftideas.co.uk within 7 days of receiving your order to let us know the reason for return.
Items must be returned unused and in their original condition.
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer, unless the item is faulty.

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original method of payment. Please allow a few working days for your bank or card provider to process the transaction.
Sale Items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
Items are only replaced if they are defective or damaged.

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, a gift credit will be issued once the returned item has been received.
If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
