Inspiration is sometimes guided by personal need. When I was choosing a Mother of the Bride outfit for my daughter’s wedding, I quickly realised that a tiny fancy handbag simply wasn’t going to work. I needed something roomy enough to carry all those little essentials, including flip-flops for when my feet finally gave up the ghost in those high heels!
But it wasn’t just about me; it was also about having those extra bits and pieces close at hand for my daughter on such an important day.
This softly woven champagne-coloured jacquard bag immediately caught my eye. Elegant yet practical. I replaced the original handles with sparkling rhinestone straps and added a delicate butterfly embellishment along with champagne-toned crystals to bring the whole design together.
The result is a bag that feels both refined and functional. Perfect for someone who wants everything close at hand, just in case.
I’ve called her Amber – warm, glowing and made for those special moments.
